Orders

 

Once an order has been received every effort is made to ship the order that same day. Orders will usually ship within 24 hours of being received. Orders placed before 3pm CST may be shipped out the same day. Most items may be shipped the same business day while others may take an extra day to process.

Parts that have been fulfilled by Allstar Appliance Parts / Appliance Parts Exclusive have a 30 day return window from the day of delivery. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of an item. If there is a return due to an error made by Allstar Appliance Parts / Appliance Parts Exclusive, such as the incorrect part was sent or the part was damaged upon receipt, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Our parts carry a 90-day manufacturer warranty. Parts which are defective that fall within the warranty period will be replaced at no cost to the buyer. The model and serial number of the appliance is needed in order to process the warranty. Please note that defective parts that fall within the warranty will be replaced not refunded. Some items may have special conditions in order to be returned. You can contact us for further details.

 

 

Returns/Refunds Policy

 

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of being received. Please allow us time to process the refund. Also, please allow a few more days for the refund to post to your account. Keep in mind that your bank may not release the funds back to you for a few weeks depending on their policies. If you have further questions please contact us.

 

Parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee. However, some items may not be eligible for a refund, while others may only be eligible to receive a partial refund.

 

Electrical parts/components that have been installed are NOT eligible for any type of refund. Those items fall under the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty can be processed once the buyer provides the model and serial number of the appliance the part was used for. Parts that are processed under the warranty will not be refunded, those parts will be replaced to the buyer.

 

* Unopened, non-installed items in original condition in original packaging (if applicable) that are returned within 30 days of purchased are eligible for a refund. Some restrictions apply. Other items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Large or heavy items will be subject to the 15% restocking fee.

 

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: will not receive a refund, please do not return.

 

* We highly recommend that return shipments be insured in the case of damage or loss by the carrier.

 

* Electrical items that show signs of installation are NOT returnable or refundable.

 

Shipping

 

Unless the buyer specifies in writing and we the seller acknowledges in writing, all goods will be boxed and packed as seller may deem proper for protection against normal handling by us or carrier. The manner in which items are packed and shipped our discretion, and may be insured at Buyer’s expense for an extra cost. Delivery of parts/items to the carrier will constitute delivery to Buyer and all goods will be shipped at Buyer’s risk. Any and all claims for loss of package should be made directly with the carrier by the buyer.
