Shipping & Returns

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Once an order has been received we will make every effort to ship out within 24 hours. Most items may be shipped the same business day while others may take an extra day to process.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Allstar Appliance Parts / Appliance Parts Exclusive within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The buyer pays any shipping costs associated with the return of an item. If the return of an item is due to an error made on our end, we will send a prepaid shipping label for the return. Return shipping costs will also be paid if the return is a result of an error by Allstar (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.). Items which have been installed cannot be returned for a refund, but all parts carry a 90-day manufacturer warranty. Parts which are defective within their warranty period will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Some items may have special returns policies. Contact us for more details.

Returns/Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of being received. Please allow a few more days for the refund to post to your account.

For items that meet Allstar return guidelines, will receive a full refund. However, some items may not be eligible for a refund, while others may only be eligible to receive a partial refund.

Any and all electrical items that have been installed are NOT eligible for a refund. Those items fall under the manufacturer's warranty. In order to process that warranty the model and serial numbers of the appliance will be needed.

* Any unopened, non-installed item in original condition in original packaging (if applicable) that is returned within 30 days of purchased is eligible for a full refund. Some restrictions apply. Other items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Particularly large or heavy items will be subject to the 15% restocking fee.

* Any unopened, non-installed item in original condition in original packaging (if applicable) that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: will receive 80% of item’s price.

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: will not receive a refund.

* It is recommended that return shipments be insured in the case of damage or loss by the carrier.

* Electrical items that show signs of installation are NOT returnable or refundable.

 

Shipping

Unless Buyer specifies in writing and Seller acknowledges in writing, (A) goods will be boxed or crated as Seller may deem proper for protection against normal handling and for domestic shipment, (B) routing and manner of shipment will be at Seller’s discretion, and may be insured at Buyer’s expense. An extra charge will be made for special handling. All shipments are F.O.B. Seller’s warehouse. Delivery of goods to the initial carrier will constitute delivery to Buyer and all goods will be shipped at Buyer’s risk. A claim for loss or damage in transit must be entered with the carrier and prosecuted by Buyer. Acceptance of material from a common carrier constitutes a waiver of any claims against us for delay, damage or loss.

INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Claims for damaged parts, shortage or errors in shipping must be reported within one (1) day following delivery to Buyer. Buyer shall have seven (7) days from the date Buyer receives any products to inspect such products and services for defects and nonconformance which are not due to damage, shortage or errors in shipping and notify Seller, in writing, of any defects, nonconformance or rejection of such products. All return notifications shall include the original invoice number and instruction. All applicable returns must be returned in its original packaging. After such seven (7) day period, Buyer shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the products, if not previously accepted. After such acceptance, Buyer shall have no right to reject the products for any reason or to revoke acceptance. Buyer hereby agrees that such seven (7) day period is a reasonable amount of time for such inspection and revocation. Buyer shall have no right to order any change or modification to any product previously ordered by Buyer or cancel any order without Seller's written consent and payment to Seller of all charges, expenses, commissions and reasonable profits owed to or incurred by Seller.
